After earning her degree in English from Samford University (Birmingham, AL) and her professional certificate in editing, Betsy worked as an “editor for scholars” for over twenty years. Her clients included the Witherspoon Institute, the Institute for Family Studies, and the National Marriage Project before she finally settled into her dream job on the CanaVox team. When she’s not clarifying erudite documents, she loosens up by play-fighting with her squat Goldendoodle, Sokka, and driving her Miata with the top down in the winter. They live in Birmingham with their two college-student children, wondering how those babies grew up so fast.
