Jessica is the wife of a college basketball coach and mom to four energetic little boys and one precious little girl. She is also a CrossFit coach, a nutritionist and a personal trainer. Her passions include improving life for others, either through training, encouragement, teaching or service. In her brief moments of spare time, she enjoys a good peloton ride and a strong cup of coffee. While she has spent considerable time living in other cities and states, Jessica currently resides in Ave Maria, FL.
