Meaghan is married to her college sweetheart, and they live in Northern Virginia with their six wonderful children and one rowdy German shepherd. She received her undergraduate degree in History from the University of Dallas. Meaghan passionately believes in feeding the whole person: physically, spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. She loves cooking a good meal, sweating through a hard run, reading all sorts of books, and connecting deeply with her family and friends over a good cup of dark roast coffee.
